Massanutten Technical Center offers three IET programs- Direct Care, C.N.A., and Welding.  These programs allow English Language Learners to pursue workforce training while receiving support in English.  Through SHINE's Adult Education program, a support session will be held in conjunction with the technical class to work on vocabulary and terms to improve the understanding of the class content; therefore, increasing the learners’ ability to pass the course. 

In 2023, MTC partnered with the Reentry Workforce SkillBuilder program.  They offered technical instruction and an overview of manufacturing, warehousing, and processing career pathways.
