SHINE enjoys a long-standing partnership with Shenandoah Valley Social Services.  Staunton-Augusta Adult Learning Center provides Job Readiness and Workplace Essential Skill classes as part of the Virginia Initiative for Education & Work (VIEW) program.    SHINE also provides one-on-one Financial Literacy support for those who complete the SVDSS/ Habitat for Humanity of Staunton Augusta Waynesboro Financial Literacy class.
