SHINE has a long-standing partnership with Virginia Career Works.  Together, we offer training in high-demand career fields within our region.  Valley Career Works provides funding and support for qualified applicants to enroll in SHINE's Integrated Education and Training programs (IET) and PluggedInVA cohorts.  We also work together as part of the Business Solutions Team to address local employer needs.

In 2023, VCW partnered to create the Reentry Workforce SKillBuilder Program. The program will be offered again in the coming months.
